Yahoo! Flea Market (PayPay Flea Market)

The service opened on 7 October 2019 as PayPayフリマ and has been called Yahoo!フリマ since 1 November 2023, the same day Yafuoku went back to the Yahoo!オークション name. Both belong to Yahoo! JAPAN, and some Yahoo! Auctions listings can also be bought on Yahoo! Flea Market, marked 「Yahoo!オークションから出品」 near the item number.

Purchases are paid with PayPay balance or a credit card; cards cannot be used when you open Yahoo! Flea Market inside the PayPay app, only in its own app or on the website. Like the rest of Yahoo! JAPAN, the service has not been available from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom since April 2022.

Type your search in English and BuyHub runs it on Yahoo! Flea Market in Japanese. Set a price range and a condition, sort by newest or by price, and keep only recent listings or those with photos. Saved as a radar, the search keeps going on its own, and BuyHub alerts you when a new listing matches.

Yahoo! Flea Market (Yahoo!フリマ), formerly known as PayPay Flea Market, is a Japanese peer-to-peer marketplace launched in 2019 and run by LY Corporation, the company behind Yahoo! JAPAN. It is one of the largest fixed-price second-hand marketplaces between private individuals in Japan. Unlike an auction site, everything is sold at a set price: sellers list an item with its price and buyers purchase it outright, with no bidding involved.

For collectors, it is a source of anime merchandise, retro video games, trading cards and Japan-exclusive collectibles, alongside fashion and electronics. Listings are in Japanese and prices are in yen. The platform's shipping options only cover addresses within Japan, so buyers abroad usually rely on a proxy service that purchases the item and forwards it.
