Alt is a platform in the United States for buying and selling graded trading cards. Its range covers sports cards (baseball, basketball, American football, soccer, hockey and more) and trading card games such as Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic. Cards change hands at auction or at a fixed price, and to be sold here they must be graded by a recognised company such as PSA, BGS, SGC or CGC and stored in the Alt vault. Owners can even borrow against them.
For collectors, the appeal is twofold: every card carries a grade from an independent company, so its condition can be judged from afar, and a card bought and left in the vault can go back on sale without being shipped. Listings are in English and prices in US dollars. Sending a card from the vault to an address outside the United States is not automatic: it has to be arranged with Alt’s support team.
